I had problems with my neck, frequent headaches plus lower back pain.
The doctor could do nothing for me saying it's my age (I am over 70
years old) also saying I was depressed and offered pain killers which
I didn't take, being sure this was not the answer, and preferring to
work through it.
I am now able to move my neck (including reversing the car without using the
door mirrors if I so wish) the mobility is wonderful.
Headaches have gone and above all my general health has improved, I do not get so tired and am able to resume a full and happy life - walking, bowling, gardening and many other pursuits that I felt I was losing.
