A Fantastic day at Ride Reigate 2026!

What a brilliant day we had at Ride Reigate 2026!

It was fantastic to be part of such a well-supported local event, bringing together cyclists of all ages and abilities. From first time riders to experienced cyclists tackling longer distances, the atmosphere was incredible, and it was great to see so many people out enjoying the day.

Our team loved meeting so many new faces, catching up with existing patients and connecting with other local businesses. Community events like Ride Reigate are a fantastic opportunity to share what we do and talk to people about looking after their spinal health.

Throughout the day, we were offering free spine and posture checks, answering questions about chiropractic care and chatting to riders about common cycling aches and pains. It was great to help people better understand how posture, movement and spinal health can impact both performance and comfort on the bike.

Why is Chiropractic care beneficial for cyclists?

Cycling is a fantastic way to stay fit, but spending long periods in a forward-leaning position can place extra strain on the neck, back, shoulders and hips. If you cycle recreationally, commute to work or compete in events, it's important to keep your body moving as efficiently as possible.

Chiropractic care can help cyclists by:

  • Improving spinal and joint mobility
  • Reducing stiffness and muscle tension
  • Supporting better posture on and off the bike
  • Helping manage back, neck and shoulder discomfort
  • Identifying movement imbalances that may affect comfort or performance
  • Supporting recovery after longer rides and events

Combined with appropriate strengthening exercises and mobility work, chiropractic care can help keep cyclists comfortable and doing what they love.

Congratulations to everyone who took part!

A huge well done to everyone who completed Ride Reigate 2026. Whether you rode the shorter route or challenged yourself over the longer distances, every rider should be proud of their achievement.

Thank you to the organisers, volunteers and everyone who stopped by our stand for a chat or a spine check. We really enjoyed being part of such a positive community event and are already looking forward to next year.

If you couldn't make it to the event but would like to learn more about how chiropractic care can support your cycling, our team at Horley, Crawley, Haywards Heath and Guildford Spinal Health are always happy to help.

We can't wait to see you at the next event

Best Wishes
