In February Crawley Spinal Health and Horley Spinal Health took part in our very first Canicross Trail event. Despite horrendous weather, runners and their four legged friends took to the pathways of Gatton Park, Reigate to enter a fantastic event for young and old and everyone in between.
Phil, Clinical Director and Doctor of Chiropractic went along with his very own dog, Logan along with Will our highly experienced, specialist, Spinal Therapist and one of our senior Chiropractic Assistants, Becky to talk to runners about the health and wellbeing benefits of the therapies we offer.
Interested runners came to chat about Chiropractic, Laser Therapy, MBST and Sports Massage and how these therapies could all support their running performance and to help keep them doing what they love for a slong as possible.
Some runners took up the opportunity to have a FREE spine and posture check and were interested to learn about how having a healthy spine has such an impact on running performance.
Free Spine and Posture checks were offered to help runners and their families and friends to find out how what we do at Horley Spinal Health help them to overcome injuries and improve their health and wellbeing in order to be even better at running.
Runners took advantage of our fantastic offer of just £57 for xrays and free posture check and initial consultation and other booked massage for just £25 for their first appointment with a massage therapist who has vast experience of a range of massage, including sports massage and is herself, a qualified Pilates instructor, so well positioned to offer additional advice about staying strong and supple.
Phil is a keen runner and passionate about spreading the message that chiropractic can enhance performance for all runners. Crawley and Horley Spinal Health are looking forward to taking part in more Run Series events including Run Gatwick and Run Reigate.
