We’re hitting the ground running at the Mid Sussex Marathon on Sunday 3rd May
The Mid Sussex Marathon is almost here, and we couldn’t bemore excited to be part of such a brilliant local event. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, ticking off a personal challenge, or soaking up the community atmosphere, this marathon is all about resilience, determination, andsupporting one another… values that sit right at the heart of what we do.
This year, we’re especially proud to have our therapists James and Will right in the thick of the action. Between them, they know a thing or two about what the body (and mind!) goes through during endurance events. From training niggles and race-day nerves to post-run recovery and keeping motivated when the miles get tough.
Why We Love This Event

The Mid Sussex Marathon isn’t just a race. It’s a celebration of movement, wellbeing, and community spirit. You’ll find runners of all abilities, enthusiastic supporters lining the route, and that unbeatable buzz that only comes from a shared challenge. It’s exactly the kind of environment we love being part of.
If you’re running, supporting, or just popping along to soak up the atmosphere, come and see us on the day. James and Will will be there to chat all things running, recovery, injury prevention, and mental resilience. Whether you’ve got a question about training, want advice for after the race, or just fancy a friendly face and a bit of encouragement, we’d love to see you.
Visit our stall at the event for pre and post-run massage sessions with our expert team. All proceeds go directly to local charities, helping you support your performance and recovery while giving back to the community at the same time.
It’s a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to learn how your body is coping with training, identify any postural patterns that might be holding you back, and see whether our range of therapies could support your running, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.
So lace up, cheer loudly and enjoy every step of the Mid Sussex Marathon.
We’ll be there, cheering you on, and ready to help you keep moving well long after the finish line.
