Joint Pain

Joint Pain

It is quite common to experience joint pain at some point in life. It can manifest itself due to an injury, through repetitive use or what we think of as chemical trauma. This relates to the foods you eat for fuel, stress, and other chemical imbalances in your body which can appear in all kinds of ways.

Your body has many types of joints, from those which barely move such as in your skull, to the more apparent ones we rely on for movement including hips, knees, shoulders and elbows to the joints in your spine, each one has a network of muscle and tendons which keep it functioning. When there is a failure in one of these elements we feel the pain in our movements.

Chiropractors can help with the mechanics of a dysfunctional joint, particularly with the spine, to reduce the interference and promote natural healing.
